How long does shipping take?
Processing: 2–3 business days (Monday to Friday). Delivery: 10–15 business days once shipped. Free on every order, no minimum required. Pre-orders: allow 8–10 business days before shipping.

How do I track my order?
Tracking becomes available 2–3 business days after placing your order. We'll email it to you as soon as it's ready.

Can I change my address after ordering?
You have a 1-hour window to request an address change. After that, edits aren't possible. Orders lost due to an incorrect address can't be refunded, though reshipment is available for a 15% fee.

Will I be charged customs or import fees?
Any import taxes or customs duties are not included in your order total and are the customer's responsibility upon delivery.

Are your pieces limited edition?
Many of our pieces are limited runs, so popular styles can sell out and may not return. We recommend shopping your favorites early.
